Common use of Review Date Clause in Contracts

Review Date. 3.1.1 The Parties acknowledge that the Base Access Charge elements have been agreed by reference to the relevant Reference Tariffs in place at the time. 3.1.2 For the purposes of this Schedule 3 the Review Dates shall be the first day of the Month in which the renewed or varied Reference Tariff Schedule relevant to the Train Services is intended to apply from in accordance with Aurizon Network’s Access Undertaking. Where such date is prior to the date when the renewed or varied Reference Tariff Schedule relevant to the Train Services is published or otherwise advised (“Advice Date”), then the Parties will account to one another accordingly for the period between the Review Date and the Advice Date.
