Common use of Review of Accounts Payable Clause in Contracts

Review of Accounts Payable. If Purchaser is responsible for paying an account payable relating to the Assets which becomes due and payable after the Closing but relates to a pre-Closing Date period, Seller or TOPIII, as the case may be, shall provide copies of such accounts payable to Purchaser.
