Review of Advertising and Promotion Campaigns. Sprint PCS and Manager will jointly review the upcoming marketing and promotion campaigns of Manager with respect to Sprint PCS Products and Services (including advertising and promotion expense budgets) and will use good faith efforts to coordinate Manager's campaign with Sprint PCS' campaign to maximize the market results of both parties. Sprint PCS and Manager may engage in cooperative advertising or promotional activities during the term of this agreement as the parties may agree in writing.
