Common use of Review of Amendments and Supplements Clause in Contracts

Review of Amendments and Supplements. (i) In the case of amendments or supplements to the Registration Statement or the Prospectus which are not to be effected by means of a filing with the Commission of a document to be incorporated by reference therein, and are to be made prior to the delivery of the Notice of Completion, the Company will not effect any such amendment or supplement without the consent of the Representatives on behalf of the Underwriters, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Neither the consent of the Representatives, nor the delivery of any such amendment or supplement by any Underwriter, shall constitute a waiver of any of the conditions set forth in Section 5 hereof.
