Review of Contract Documents and Field Conditions. A. Before commencing the Work, the Contractor shall carefully study the Contract Documents and carefully compare all Specifications, Plans, Drawings, figures, dimensions, lines, marks, scales, directions of the Designer, and any other information provided by the Awarding Authority and shall at once report to the Designer any questions, errors, inconsistencies, or omissions.
