Common use of Review of Documents and Policies Clause in Contracts

Review of Documents and Policies. The Resident and the Responsible Party named in this Agreement acknowledge(s) that they have received copies of, and have reviewed, this Residency Agreement between the FACILITY and the Resident and all Exhibits. The Resident and the Responsible Party further acknowledge(s) that the FACILITY has explained to him/them the FACILITY’s policies and procedures for implementing residents’ rights and responsibilities,
