Common use of Review of Environmental Laws Clause in Contracts

Review of Environmental Laws. In the ordinary course of its business, the Xxxxxx Entities, or their consultants, conduct a periodic review of the effect of Environmental Laws on the business, operations and properties of the Partnership Entities, in the course of which they identified and evaluated associated costs and liabilities (including, without limitation, any capital or operating expenditures required for clean-up, closure of properties or compliance with Environmental Laws, or any permit, license or approval, any related constraints on operating activities and any potential liabilities to third parties). On the basis of such review, the Partnership Entities have concluded that such associated costs and liabilities would not, singly or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect, except as described in or contemplated in the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.
