Common use of Review of Insurance by Province Clause in Contracts

Review of Insurance by Province. Without limiting Section 2.13 [Review, Approval, Inspection and Audit by the Province], the submission or delivery to the Province’s Representative, and the receipt, review, approval or acceptance by the Province or the Province’s Representative of any insurance policy or any draft or certified copy of an insurance policy or any certificate of insurance, cover note or other evidence of compliance with this Part 6 and Schedule 15 [Insurance Requirements], shall not, irrespective of whether any objection is made thereto by the Province:
