Common use of Review of Reports of Errors Clause in Contracts

Review of Reports of Errors. Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will advise you of the results of our investigation within 20 Business Days after we receive your notice. If we have made an error, we will correct it promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 60 Days to investigate your query. If we decide that we need more time, we may provisionally re-credit your Account for the amount you think is in error within ten Business Days after we receive your notice; so that you will have use of the E-money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If you initially provided information to us via the telephone and we do not receive your query in writing within ten Business Days after your oral notice, we will not provisionally re-credit your Account.
