Common use of Review of Reports of Errors Clause in Contracts

Review of Reports of Errors. We will advise you of the results of our investigation within 20 Business Days after we receive your notice. If we have made an error, we will correct it promptly. If we need more time, however, we maytake up to 60 Days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide that we need more time, we will provisionallyre-credit your Account for the amount you think is in error within 10 Business Days after we receive your notice; so that you will have use of the E-moneyduring the time it takes us to complete our investigation.
