Common use of Review of Second Release Clause in Contracts

Review of Second Release. Employee understands that she may take up to twenty-one (21) days to consider this Second Release and, by signing below, affirms that she was advised to consult with an attorney prior to signing this Second Release. Employee also understands that she may revoke this Second Release within seven (7) days of signing this document and that the consideration to be provided to her pursuant to Paragraph 2(c) of the Separation Agreement will be provided only at the end of that seven (7) day revocation period.
