Common use of Review of Service Provider Clause in Contracts

Review of Service Provider. The Crown may at its own expense conduct an audit or performance review of the Service Provider at any time: if the performance of the Service Provider gives rise to reasonable concerns of the Crown as to proper delivery of the Services; or as part of the Crown’s service monitoring procedures. The Service Provider agrees to: cooperate with the Crown in relation to the conduct of any such audit or performance review; and make available all relevant information and documents required for the purposes of the audit or performance review within 10 business days of a written request by the Crown.
