Common use of Review of Sublease Clause in Contracts

Review of Sublease. To the extent permitted by the terms of the Lease, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any fees which may be charged by Landlord and for any costs incurred by Landlord in connection with the Sublease, including, without limitation, the costs of making investigations as to the acceptability of the proposed subtenant and legal costs incurred in connection with the granting of this Consent. Such amounts, if any, shall be due and payable concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Consent by Tenant.
