Common use of Review of Submitted Materials Clause in Contracts

Review of Submitted Materials. COUNTY shall thoroughly review any and all reports, proposals and other documents prepared and submitted pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. COUNTY shall provide CONSULTANT with a written response pertaining to the review of documents submitted by CONSULTANT within Fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt thereof.

Review of Submitted Materials. COUNTY shall thoroughly review any and all draft reports, sketches, proposals and other documents prepared and submitted pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreementby CONSULTANT. COUNTY shall provide CONSULTANT with a written response pertaining to the review of documents submitted by CONSULTANT within Fourteen three (143) calendar days from the receipt thereof.
