Common use of Reviewing the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reviewing the Agreement. 3.1 This agreement becomes effective on 30 April 2021. 3.2 The agreement will be reviewed after three years. Any of the parties may request a review in writing and interim reviews must be implemented should there be any amendments to the existing legislative framework within which the agreement operates.
