REVISED POLICIES AND REGULATIONS. A. On or before July 15, 2011, the District will submit proposed revisions to the United States of all of its policies, regulations, and internal guidance related to harassment in order to specifically address gender-based harassment, as well as sexual and other forms of prohibited harassment. The District policies and regulations to be revised include, but are not limited to: Board Policy 0410 (Nondiscrimination in District Programs and Activities); Board Policy 5145.3 (Nondiscrimination/Harassment); Board Policy 5145.7 (Sexual Harassment Policy); Administrative Regulation 5145.7 (Sexual Harassment Regulation) and the District’s Uniform Complaint Procedure (UCP).4 The internal guidance includes the District’s Administrator Guidance Regarding Response to Sexual Discrimination and Harassment (Administrator Guidance).
