REVISIONS OR MODIFICATIONS a. The ▇▇▇/PIC agreement should be reviewed and modified, as necessary, prior to the planning cycle each program year. b. REVISIONS OR MODIFICATIONS. A. No amendment or variation of the terms of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and approved as required. No oral understanding or agreement not incorporated in this Agreement is binding on any of the parties. B. The State reserves the right to revise or modify this Agreement to reflect any restrictions, limitations, or conditions enacted by Congress or the Legislature or as directed by the Executive Branch of State Government. A. Any notice to be given hereunder by either party to the other may be effected by personal delivery in writing or by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, or overnight mail, provided Contractor retains receipt, and shall be communicated as of actual receipt. B. Any notice given to the CDA for a contractor’s change of legal name, main address, or name of Director shall be addressed to the Director of the Department. C. A change in a contractor’s Site Director requires that a notice be addressed to the MSSP ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Chief. This notice shall be on the contractor’s letter head, and must include the new Director’s qualifications, as outlined in the MSSP Site Manual, Chapter 2. D. All other notices with the exception of those identified above shall be addressed to the California Department of Aging, Multipurpose Senior Services Program Branch, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. Notices mailed to the Contractor shall be to the address indicated on the coversheet of this Agreement. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ party may change its address by written notice to the other party in accordance with this Article.
