Common use of Revisions to Terms of Service Clause in Contracts

You understand and agree that we may, from time to time, revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including any of the policies which may apply to use of the Service and the provisions that govern the way that you and we resolve disputes). We will provide notice of any material revisions i) by sending an email to the contact email address we have on file for you or ii) by including notice of the revision with or on your monthly bill. You agree to visit the specified web pages periodically to be aware of and review any such revisions. Revisions to the Agreement are effective upon posting to the Terms Website or as otherwise specified in the Agreement or our notice. Increases to the monthly price of your Services shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date we provide notice of the change. By continuing to use any of the Service after the date the revision(s) are posted to the Website, you accept and agree to the revisions and to abide by them. If you do not agree to the revision(s), you must terminate your Service immediately and such termination may be subject to any applicable early termination fees.
