Common use of Revival of Right to Convert Clause in Contracts

If the Corporation shall fail to redeem any Debenture which has been called for redemption upon due surrender of such Debenture, any right to convert such Debenture as provided in this Article 4 shall revive and continue as if such Debenture had not been called for redemption.
