Common use of Revlon Code of Business Conduct Clause in Contracts

Revlon Code of Business Conduct. In consideration of the Company’s execution of this Agreement, the Executive agrees in all respects to fully comply with the terms of the Revlon Code of Business Conduct, annexed at Schedule A, whether or not he is a signatory thereof, with the same effect as if the same were set forth herein in full.

In consideration of the Company’s execution of this Agreement, the Executive agrees you agree in all respects to fully comply with the terms of the Revlon Code of Business Conduct, annexed at Schedule AB, whether or not he is you are a signatory thereof, with the same effect as if the same were set forth herein in full.

Revlon Code of Business Conduct. In consideration of the Company’s execution of this Agreement, the Executive agrees in all respects to fully comply with the terms of the Revlon Code of Business Conduct, annexed at Schedule A, including, without limitation, the Code of Ethics for Senior Financial Officers, annexed at Schedule B, whether or not he the Executive is a signatory thereof, with the same effect as if the same were set forth herein in full.
