Common use of Revocability and Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Revocability and Cancellation. This is a legally binding Contract. This Contract is revocable unless the Purchaser indicates otherwise by signing in the space provided below (see Disclosure 6). This Contract cannot be modified or changed without the written approval of the Seller.
