Revocation Not Exclusive Remedy. Notwithstanding PacifiCare’s right to revoke the Delegated Activities, Medical Group’s failure to perform the Delegated Activities shall be a breach of the Agreement. In such event, PacifiCare may exercise all of its other rights and remedies to enforce the Agreement, including the right of termination.
