Common use of Revocation of Dining Plan Only Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Dining Plan Only. In extremely circumstances University may terminate only the Licensee’s dining plan for conditions per Section 16-Termination of License by University and Licensee may be subject to fees that could range from the full Fee Period of Licensee to a $150 Termination Fee and 30 days’ dining plan fees at actual rate.
