REVOCATION OF LICENSE [SEE G. L.c. 166A 11] The License issued hereunder may, after due notice and hearing, be revoked by the Issuing Authority or the Commission for any of the following reasons: (a) For false or misleading statements in, or material omissions from, the application submitted under Section 4 of G.L.c. 166A; (b) For failure to file and maintain the performance bond as described in Section 9.3 (Performance Bond) or to maintain insurance as described in Section 9.2 (Insurance); (c) For repeated violations, as determined by the Commission, of commitments of the license as set forth in Section 5(j) of G.L.c. 166A; (d) For repeated failure to maintain signal quality pursuant to the standards provided for by the FCC and/or Commission; (e) For any transfer or assignment of the Renewal License or control thereof without consent of the Issuing Authority; (f) For failure to complete construction in accordance with the provisions of the Renewal License; and (g) For repeated failure to comply with any of the material terms and conditions of the Renewal License.
