The EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION CARDS clause establishes the requirement for employees to be issued and to display identification cards while on company premises or performing work-related duties. EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION CARDS. All of the Licensee’s employees, including repair and sales personnel, entering private property shall be required to show an employee identification card issued by the Licensee.
EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION CARDS. All of the Licensee's employees entering, or seeking entrance, upon private property, in connection with the construction, installation, maintenance and/or operation of the Cable System, including repair and sales personnel, shall be required to wear an employee identification card issued by the Licensee and bearing a picture of said employee.

All of the Licensee's employees entering upon private property, in connection with the construction, installation, maintenance and/or operation of the Cable System, including repair and sales personnel, shall be required to produce, upon request, an employee identification card issued by the Licensee and bearing a picture of said employee. If such employee(s) is not wearing such a photo-identification card and, as a result, is not admitted to a Subscriber's home, such visit shall be deemed to be a missed service visit by the Licensee.

If such employee(s) or contractor/subcontractor(s) does not display a photo identification card and, as a result, is not admitted to the Subscriber’s home, such visit shall be deemed to be a missed service visit by the Franchisee.

2. An employee not wearing a picture identification card may be requested by the appropriate authority to present and wear one. if unable to do so s/he is subject to removal from District premises by Administration.
