Common use of Revocation of Prior Proxies Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Prior Proxies. Each Stockholder hereby revokes any and all prior proxies or powers of attorney given by such Stockholder prior to the execution hereof with respect to any Shares inconsistent with the terms of this Section 2.
