Revocation of Prior Proxies. The Stockholder hereby revokes all previous proxies granted with respect to any of the Shares owned by the Stockholder that would conflict with the terms of the Proxy granted hereby.
Revocation of Prior Proxies. The Shareholder hereby revokes any proxies heretofore given by it in respect of the Owned Shares.
Revocation of Prior Proxies. Except for any proxies that may be granted pursuant to Sections 2.1 or 2.2 hereof, (i) the proxies granted hereunder shall revoke all other proxies granted by such person at any time with respect to the shares of capital stock of the Company and (ii) no subsequent proxies will be given with respect thereto by such person (except for other proxies that may be granted from time to time to any of the holders of the Preferred Stock).
Revocation of Prior Proxies. The Shareholders hereby revoke and cancel any and all proxies in respect of the Shares existing prior to the date of this Agreement, and agree to grant no further proxies for the subject matter hereof.
Revocation of Prior Proxies. Each Stockholder hereby revokes any and all proxies or powers of attorney in existence immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement with respect to any Shares beneficially owned by such Stockholder.
Revocation of Prior Proxies. Each Shareholder severally (and not jointly) represents that any proxies heretofore given in respect of such Shareholder's shares of Common Stock are revocable, and that any such proxies are hereby revoked.
Revocation of Prior Proxies. Each Xxxxxxx Shareholder represents and warrants that any proxies heretofore given in respect of the Xxxxxxx Shareholder Shares that may still be in effect are not irrevocable, and such proxies have been or are hereby revoked to the extent such prior proxies conflict with the proxy granted in Section 8.2.
Revocation of Prior Proxies. This Agreement shall serve as a revocation of, and a consent to the revocation of, any proxy previously granted by Desjardins with respect to the securities of Simula.
Revocation of Prior Proxies. The Noteholders hereby revoke any operative proxies heretofore given by it in respect of the Owned Notes.
Revocation of Prior Proxies. All proxies granted under the Shareholders Agreement shall be revoked as of the Effective Date.
