Common use of Revocation of Prior Proxies Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Prior Proxies. Except for any proxies that may be granted pursuant to Sections 2.1 or 2.2 hereof, (i) the proxies granted hereunder shall revoke all other proxies granted by such person at any time with respect to the shares of capital stock of the Company and (ii) no subsequent proxies will be given with respect thereto by such person (except for other proxies that may be granted from time to time to any of the holders of the Preferred Stock).

Revocation of Prior Proxies. Except for any additional or replacement proxies that may be granted pursuant with respect to Sections 2.1 or 2.2 the existing proxies referred to in Section 3.1 hereof, (ia) the proxies granted hereunder described in Section 3.1 shall revoke all other proxies granted by such person at any time with respect to the shares of capital stock of the Company Company, and (iib) no subsequent proxies will be given with respect thereto by such person (except for other proxies that may be granted from time to time to any of the holders of the Preferred Stock).
