Common use of Revocation of Proxy Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Proxy. Subject to Article 12.14, every proxy may be revoked by an instrument in writing that is: (a) received at the registered office of the Company at any time up to and including the last business day before the day set for the holding of the meeting at which the proxy is to be used; or (b) provided, at the meeting, to the chair of the meeting.
