To revoke this Separation Agreement after signing it, you must deliver a written notice of revocation to Umpqua’s Chief Executive Officer before the 7-day period expires. This Separation Agreement shall not become effective until the 8th calendar day after you sign it. If you revoke this Separation Agreement it will not become effective or enforceable and you will not be entitled to the benefits described in this Separation Agreement.
