Revocation Period; Knowing and Voluntary Agreement. a. Employee acknowledges that he was given a copy of this Agreement when the Severance Agreement was executed and he, therefore, has been given a period of at least forty-five (45) days to consider whether or not to accept this Agreement. Furthermore, Employee may revoke this Agreement for seven (7) days following its execution. b. Employee represents, declares and agrees that he voluntarily accepts the payments described above for the purposes of making a full and final compromise, adjustment and settlement of all potential claims hereinabove described. Employee hereby acknowledges that he has been advised of the opportunity to consult an attorney and that he understands the Release and the effect of signing the Release.
