Employee acknowledges that he was given a copy of this Agreement when the Severance Agreement was executed and he, therefore, has been given a period of at least forty-five (45) days to consider whether or not to accept this Agreement. Furthermore, Employee may revoke this Agreement for seven (7) days following its execution.
