Common use of Revoked Authorization Clause in Contracts

Revoked Authorization. Merchant shall cease initiating Transactions to a Receiver’s account immediately upon receipt of any actual or constructive notice of that Receiver's termination or revocation of authority. Merchant may re-initiate Transactions to a Receiver’s account only upon receiving new authorization from Receiver.
