Common use of Revoked Authorization Clause in Contracts

Revoked Authorization. AGENCY shall cease initiating Transactions to or from a Constituent’s account immediately upon receipt of any actual or constructive notice of a Constituent's termination or revocation of authorization. AGENCY may re-initiate Transactions to or from a Constituent’s account only upon receiving new Authorization from Constituent.
