REVOLVING CREDIT AMOUNT. The term "Revolving Credit Amount" shall mean the maximum amount of Revolving Loans which the Lender will make available to the Borrower which amount shall not exceed THREE MILLION AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,000,000); PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Revolving Loans PLUS the Letter of Credit Obligations shall not exceed the Revolving Credit Amount.
