RfL(I) payments. Subject to paragraphs 2.3 and 9, RfL(I) shall make payments to the Train Operator (in accordance with the procedure in paragraph 8) in respect of Restrictions of Use calculated on the following basis: (a) for each RfL(I) Restriction of Use, in accordance with paragraph 3; and (b) for each Competent Authority Restriction of Use, in accordance with paragraph 7.
