Common use of Right Includes Related Property Clause in Contracts

Right Includes Related Property. If (i) the Tendered Agreement ------------------------------- covers both an intended transfer of the Offered Parcel and an intended transfer by Owner of any Related Property or (ii) in connection with the Tendered Agreement, Owner enters into a separate agreement to transfer any Related Property, the Right will include the right to acquire the Offered Parcel and the Related Property that is to be transferred. If such a separate agreement exists, it will be considered a Tendered Agreement; and a copy of that signed separate agreement must be included in the Transfer Notice.
