Right of Access by Third Parties to the Contract Area. If necessary, the Contractor shall grant CNH or any other contractor of Exploration and Extraction activities, assignee, authorized party or permit holder the use of or right of way over any portion of the Contract Area, free of charge, provided the foregoing does not interfere with the Petroleum Activities conducted by the Contractor, is technically possible and does not cause the Contractor unreasonable inconvenience, in accordance with the Applicable Laws.
