Common use of Right of Access to Clinical IP Clause in Contracts

Right of Access to Clinical IP. Alimera and CDS shall jointly own all Clinical IP and shall provide each other with a Right of Access to Clinical IP. Each Party may exercise this right of access for itself, its Affiliates and any licensees, sublicensees or any other Third Party without the consent of the other Party.
