Right of Action. (Article 2502) (applicable to liability insurance only) The Insurer may set up against the injured third person any grounds he could have invoked against the Insured at the time of the loss, but not grounds pertaining to facts that occurred after the loss; the Insurer has a right of action against the Insured in respect of facts that occurred after the loss.
