Common use of Right of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Right of Amendment. Business Associate agrees to make any amendment(s) to PHI maintained by Business Associate in a Designated Record Set that Covered Entity directs or agrees to pursuant to 45 C.F.R. §164.526 at the request of Covered Entity or an Individual in writing, and in the time and manner designated by applicable law.
