Right of City to Suspend Giving Rise to Right of Consultant to Terminate. 10.3.1 City reserves the right to suspend this Agreement at the end of any phase of a project for the convenience of City by issuing a signed, written Notice of Suspension (citing this Section 10.3.1) which shall outline City’s reasons for the suspension and the expected duration of the suspension. Such expected duration shall, in no way, guarantee what the total number of days of suspension shall occur. Such suspension shall take effect immediately upon Consultant’s receipt of said Notice of Suspension.
