RIGHT OF CONSOLIDATION. Section 21(1) of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act (Cap. 61) (restricting the right of consolidation) shall not apply to this Agreement, and in addition and without prejudice to any right of consolidation, none of the properties of the Borrower which at the date hereof is or which at any time hereafter shall become subject to a mortgage or charge in favour of or vested in the Lender shall be redeemed except on payment of not only of all moneys thereby secured but also all moneys secured by this Agreement.
