Common use of Right of Contribution in Favour of Others Clause in Contracts

Right of Contribution in Favour of Others. The Corporation hereby acknowledges and agrees that, with respect to paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Schedule 2, each of the Agents are contracting on their own behalf and as agents for their affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and control persons (collectively, the "Beneficiaries"). In this regard the Agents shall act as trustees for the Beneficiaries of the Corporation's covenants under paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Schedule 2 with respect to the Beneficiaries and accept these trusts and shall hold and enforce the covenants on behalf of the Beneficiaries.
