The Company shall have the right to disclose to the police force, fire service or other relevant authorities or to any insurance company or any party acting on behalf of such company, details of all records kept by the Company relating to any alarm signals received at any time during the provision of the Services at any Termination Unit or Termination Units in respect of the Customer’s Premises.
