Grantee's right to entry upon the Easement Property, as outlined in this Section II, shall extend to agents of the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, the Eagle Mountain Nature and Wildlife Alliance, and any other similar organization who has a vested interest in preserving the Conversation Values of the Easement Property.
