Common use of Right of Federal Government to Enforce Clause in Contracts

Right of Federal Government to Enforce. Noncompliance with any subsections above shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement, and in the event of such noncompliance, County shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and the estate hereby created without liability for it or, at the election of County or the United States, either County or the U.S. Government shall have the right to judicially enforce these subsections.
