Common use of Right of First Refusal or Contract Approval Clause in Contracts

Right of First Refusal or Contract Approval. If there is a right of first refusal on the Property, or a right to 397 approve this Contract, Seller shall promptly submit this Contract according to the terms and conditions of such right. If the 398 holder of the right of first refusal exercises such right or the holder of a right to approve disapproves this Contract, this 399 Contract shall terminate. If the right of first refusal is waived explicitly or expires, or the Contract is approved, this Contract 400 shall remain in full force and effect.
