Common use of Right of Joinder Clause in Contracts

Right of Joinder. 11.1.1 Any political subdivision within the State of California (or any other jurisdiction within the United States) may be granted the privilege of joining the awarded contract, only at the option of the Contractor. If the Contractor so grants such a privilege, the terms and conditions of the RFP documents, including the ensuing contract, may be passed on to the joining political subdivision by the Contractor.
