Right of Modification by Mutual Agreement. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties on the subject of wages, hours of work, and the conditions of employment; however, this Agreement may be amended in writing by mutual agreement at any time. Any such amendment shall be reduced to written form, signed by the Business Manager of the Union and the authorized representative of the Company in the form of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
