RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP AND CUSTODY. 12.1 The obligations of ARIANESPACE under this Agreement are strictly limited to the Services, and CUSTOMER acknowledges and agrees that at no time shall it have any right of ownership of, any other right in, or title to, the property that ARIANESPACE shall use in connection with the Launch, or shall place at CUSTOMER’s disposal for the purpose of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Launch Vehicle and the Launch Base of ARIANESPACE. Said property shall at all times be considered to be the sole property of ARIANESPACE.
