Common use of Right of Publicity Clause in Contracts

Right of Publicity. Neither Party may publicize their business relationship under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Service Provider may refer to Customer (including Marks) as Service Provider’s customer in its proposal materials to prospective customers for the Services provided that such proposals are marked as confidential.
